WEEK 3: Sensors!

I made 3 different sensors for this assignment.

1. Motion Detector sensor: by joining safety pins (which are conductive due to their metallic matter), the movement gradually detaches the circuit and the light dims down as the movement increases. When the movement stops, the metals are joined together again, and the LED lights back up:

2. Potentiometer:  by the use of conductive paint, graphite, and paper, I was able to create a gradient of conductivity.

3. Pressure: by knitting conductive thread on a thick piece of lace and cutting it into fragments to create a disconnected circuit, I crumbled the lace into a ball and with pressure, the conductive thread gradually join together to light up the LED.
